**We offer convenient monthly invoicing for our "Daily" clients, and our "Out-of-Town" clients will receive an invoice via email (or mail) after you 
return home.

Dear Clients:  Due to the administrative work involved in scheduling, we now require FORTY-EIGHT HOURS’ NOTICE for all SERVICE REQUESTS and all CANCELLATIONS. If you cannot submit your Service Request at least 48-hours in advance, a $25.00 expediting fee will be assessed.  Additionally, if you cancel your trip with less than 48-hours' notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. If you cancel one or more visit with less than 48-hours' notice, a 10% cancellation fee per visit may be assessed.  All Cancellation Fees will be paid directly to the pet sitters effected by the cancellation.Thank you for understanding!
