**We offer convenient monthly invoicing for our "Daily" clients, and our "Out-of-Town" clients will receive an invoice via email (or mail) after you 
return home.
You should receive an auto-reply immediately after submitting the trip planner. This is NOT the confirmation, only an auto-reply.

Check your inbox for your pet sitting confirmation within 24 hours of your submission. Please contact us if you have not heard back from us within 24 hours.

The confirmation will come from either marcy@tpspetsitters.com or libby@tpspetsitters.com.

Dear Clients:  Due to the administrative work involved in scheduling, we now require FORTY-EIGHT HOURS’ NOTICE for all Trip Planners and all CANCELLATIONS. If you cannot submit your Trip Planner at least 48-hours in advance, a $25.00 expediting fee will be assessed.  If you cancel your trip with less than 48-hours' notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed and paid to the pet sitters effected by the cancellation.
